Payment Method

There are several payment methods available for you to shop online with us!

  • Credit Card / Debit Card
  • Bank Transfers
  • Pay on Delivery (COD)(COD)
  • GoPay
  • OVO
  • Watsons Points
  • e-Coupon & e-Voucher


1. Credit Card / Debit Card

  • We accept all payments from all banks with the VISA, Mastercard, JCB and AMEX logos with the 3D Secure facility which is equipped with verification in the form of a One-Time Password (OTP)/one-time password as an authentication code which will be sent to your cellphone.
  • All your credit card / debit card information will be protected with standard encryption.

Cara Pembayaran dengan Kartu Kredit / Kartu Debit

  • Select payment via Card.
  • Enter the 16 digit card number along with the expiration date and CVV.
  • Make sure your payment details are correct to proceed to the 3D Secure step.
  • One Time Password (OTP) will be sent to your mobile number registered with the card you are using.
  • Enter the OTP you got into the 3D Secure page.
  • Your payment by Credit Card is complete.

2. Bank Transfer

  • Payment by transfer method via ATM, mobile or internet banking, with real-time notifications.
  • After order placement, you need to transfer payment within 24 hours, otherwise the order will be canceled automatically.

Payment Method by Bank Transfer

  • Select payment via Bank Transfer/Virtual Account.
  • Note down your 16 digit virtual account number & payment amount.
  • Use an ATM that has the ATM Bersama/Prima/Alto network to complete the payment.
  • Enter your PIN.
  • In the main menu select ‘Others’.
  • Select 'Transfer' then select 'other bank account'.
  • Enter the Permata Bank code '013' followed by the 16 digit virtual account number.
  • Enter the payment amount then select 'Correct'.
  • Make sure the payment amount & virtual account number are filled in correctly, then select 'Correct'.
  • Your payment with the Virtual Account is complete.

How do I get a Virtual Bank Number?

The virtual bank number will be obtained automatically if you select payment via Bank Transfer at the end after checking out.

The virtual bank number will only be valid for 1x24 hours. Please make payment immediately after receiving the virtual number.

If you lose your virtual number or don't have time to record it, please contact Customer Service via Live Chat on our website or application or via email customerservice@watsons.co.id during operational hours. 


3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • You can pay in cash to our courier upon receipt of your order.
  • Payment method provisions "Pay on Delivery" can only be used for transactions with a maximum value of IDR 1,000,000 (One Million Rupiah).

4. GoPay

  • Payment using the cellphone number registered in the Gojek application as an account which can be made directly via cellphone. GoPay is also equipped with a safe system for your smooth transactions when shopping online with us!
  • Enjoy the ease and comfort of your transactions with GoPay.
  • Valid on Website and Mobile Web

Mobile App:

  • Select payment via GoPay.
  • Your Gojek application will open.
  • View payment details on your Gojek application and press Pay.
  • Enter your GoPay pin number.
  • Payment using GoPay is complete.

QR Code:

  • Select payment via GoPay.
  • Open the Gojek application and press the Scan QR button.
  • View payment details and press Pay.
  • Enter your GoPay pin number.
  • Payment using GoPay is complete.

5. OVO

An online payment and transaction method that can be accessed and done from the OVO App. Users must have an OVO account to be able to continue your transactions in shopping online with us!
Transactions with this payment method are non-refundable. Alternative returns will be provided as a workaround solution in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions. Learn more about refunds.
This service is available on Watsons ID Website and App.

How to pay via OVO?

  • Make sure you have logged in to the OVO app.
  • Payment with OVO will expire 60 seconds after you click "Checkout".
  • Open OVO notification to make payment.
  • Select payment with "OVO Cash" then click "Pay".
After clicking "Checkout". You need to open the OVO app to complete the payment.


6. Watsons Points

  • Watsons members can collect points during transactions and use them when shopping online.
  • With every purchase of Rp. 20,000, you will get 1 point.

7. e-Coupon & e-Voucher

  • This offer is an exclusive discount or promotion. You must enter the valid code received on the "Secure Checkout" page under "Promotional Codes"
  • The Voucher Code can be used successfully if there is a price discount statement in the purple box
