1. Blueberry and Green tea smoothie

Ingredients:

1/2 Tablespoon of Green Tea powder

1/4 cup of low fat original Greek yogurt

1/4 cup of quinoa

1 banana

1/2 cup of fresh red berry and blueberry

 

How to do it?

1. Wash quinoa with cold water in order to wash away strong favour.

2. Boil quinoa with medium heat, you can add pinch of salt while boiling it, cook it for 15 minutes.

3. Add all the ingredients to the blender, until it is smooth.

2. Apple and Almond smoothie

Ingredients:

10 Almonds

1 Apple

1 Banana

1/2 Cup of milk /soya milk

1/4 cup of low fat original Greek yogurt

1 teaspoon cinnamon

 

How to do it?

A pinch of baby spinach leaves
