Winter is almost here, staying in the bed is cozy, right? We have plenty excuses not work out during winter time, such as the weather is cold, the sky is gloomy, good to stay in and enjoy Netflix. Of course, you cannot change the weather, but you don’t limit your work out only outdoor. Why not motivate yourself to work out in the winter and prepare your ideal body shape for summer? We have few hacks that are easy and very motivated for you to try out!

1. Workout at indoor

It is true that outside is windy, dry and cold. But it doesn’t mean you cannot have a sweaty work out session at indoor and keep yourself really warm! Always remember the golden rule, a little workout is better than no workout at all! Thanks to mobile technology, you can follow the app to do your HIIT at home (High Intensity Interval Training). 2. Buddy up for workout

If you are a determined person, it will be easy for you to work out alone. You know yourself way better than I do, it’s tempting to open a bag of potato chips and chill at home. In such case, you have to find a workout buddy to achieve your fitness goal together. When you are buddy up with somebody who has same goal with you, it brings your fitness to the next level. For example, your buddy can observe your posture and give you some help when you are doing the weight training! Not only does this bring you to the next level, but it also prevents you from injury!

3. Learn some new hobbies

Running and weight training are boring sometimes, I know! Why not allow yourself to develop some new hobbies, like Muay Thai, Zumba, Pilates and etc. For example, an hour of Muay Thai class can burn up to 500 calories! More importantly, learning new hobbies would always motivate you to go for a next level. So, it is a good training for your determination and good for your mental health!

4. Identify the change of “Before” & “After”

When it comes to work out, you always expect some change of your body shape and your fitness. It is easy for body shape, you just have to take a photo before you start a workout programme. When you can see your body shape is changing in progress, the impact is more powerful than you can imagine! As for physical fitness, it is intangible, but you can measure kilometre per hour from day1, recording your achievement makes you physical fitness measurable. It definitely motivates you to go beyond your limits!
