Penggunaan alkohol dapat menurunkan penyerapan zinc, oleh karena itu hindari konsumsi alkohol, Berhati-hatilah konsumsi obat ini pada pederita diabetes karena zinc dapat menurunkan kadar gula darah, Gunakan zinc ini secara hati-hati pada penderita HV AIDS.

2-6 bulan : 1 x sehari 2,5ml; 6 bulan-5 tahun : 1 x sehari 5ml; selama 10 hari walau diare sudah berhenti. Diminum bersama oralit
