Since 1977, BIODERMA has been placing its skin biology expertise at the service of dermatology. BIODERMA, NAOS’s dermatological laboratory, believes that the skin has all the necessary resources to protect, regulate and regenerate itself. However, daily aggressions (sun, pollution, stress, certain medications) and dermatological imbalances can disrupt its ecosystem. The skin dysfunctions and no longer acts as a barrier. This can be seen and felt: irritation, spots, redness, skin dryness, etc.

Aside from the symptoms, we try to better understand and act on the biological causes of skin disorders to help skin regain its natural balance. With help from the expertise of international scientists, we have invented exclusive technologies and created new product categories: Sensibio H2O, the first micellar water; Nodé, the first non-detergent shampoo; Sébium, the first anti-blemish range that acts on dysseborrhoea, not just hyperseborrhoea; Atoderm, the first range that lastingly reconstructs an effective skin barrier for skin with xerosis or atopic eczema.

Today, we partner with more than 150,000 healthcare professionals throughout the world – dermatologists, doctors, nursing staff, pharmacists – who recommend and offer our ranges of products that are tailored to all kinds of skin sensitivities.
